How to wire an EC fan (without enabling function)?
Hello, welcome to Sherry’s Fun Fan Classroom.Today we come to understand the wiring mode of EC fan with communication function and without enable function.
Take K3G280 product as an example. The fan is connected to a three-phase power supply, the power cord is connected to L1, L2, L3 and the ground wire is connected to PE. The analog 0-10V or PWM control signal is connected between the 0-10V/PWM signal port and the GND port to control the fan speed.
The analog quantity 0-10V is output between the OUT port and the GND port to feedback the fan speed. The RSA port and RSB port are connected to EC control software or third-party communication software for modifying parameters, controlling or monitoring fan operation.
After powering on, the +10V port outputs 10V DC, which can be connected to the IO2 port with a potentiometer to achieve stepless speed regulation of the fan.
The +10v port outputs 10v DC, and the COM port, NC port and NO port are relay outputs used to feedback fan faults.
Among them, the COM port is the common terminal, the NC port is a normally closed contact, and the NO port is a normally open contact. Taking abnormal power supply as an example, when the power supply is normal, COM and NC are closed. When the power supply is abnormal, , and the NO normally open contact is opposite to NC. Once the fan is powered on, it will run normally.
