Orders and Payments

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a defective or damaged Product, please contact us within 24 hours to start  your after-sales service process，we reconmmend you to contact us immediately so that we can provide you with the best service. We will require proof of the damage or defect. We reserve the right to inspect the returned Product before issuing a refund or replacement.
