R2E120-AO16-09 fan is a centrifugal fan with backward-curved blades. Ebmpapst centrifugal fan with backward-cured blades is mainly used for suction. Since most of the pressure build-up occurs in the impeller, a rolling housing is usually not required. Centrifugal fan has excellent hydraulic efficiency and low noise level, making it very suitable for working under high pressure.
